Notes and to-dos from your calls, transcribed on your Mac.
Requires
macOS 14 or later
Runs on
Apple silicon (M1 or later)
The first time you open it
Microphone to hear your side of the call.
System Audio Recording to hear the other side. macOS asks the first time Meetings listens (on macOS 14.4 or later; before that it uses Screen Recording).
Notifications to ask whether to take notes when a call starts. Calendar access is optional.
Audio is transcribed on your Mac and isn't kept unless you turn on “Keep recordings”.
Drag the app into Applications. Until our builds are notarized by Apple, macOS may say it can't check the app the first time: right-click it and choose Open, or go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway. Each permission is asked for only when it's needed, and you can change it later in System Settings → Privacy & Security. Setting up, shortcuts and fixes for each app are in the help center.
What stays on your Mac. Iris never uploads your recordings, and Meetings keeps call audio on your Mac. Barky syncs transcripts when you're signed in, and audio only if you turn on Sync recordings. Firefly uploads a screenshot only when you copy a link, and links stop working after 30 days unless you choose otherwise. Burrow stores the images and files you attach, so your pages look the same everywhere.
