Meadow

Refunds

Last updated October 16, 2026

The short version. If Meadow isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of any charge (your first payment or a renewal, monthly or yearly) and you'll get that charge back in full. No questions asked.

Paddle is our merchant of record

Our order process is handled by our online reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle sells you the plan, charges your card, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues refunds. Your receipt comes from Paddle, and the charge on your statement may mention Paddle.

How to get a refund

  • Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or find your order at paddle.net and choose “Request refund”; or
  • write to us at [hello@usemeadow.app] from your account's email, and we'll ask Paddle to refund you.

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. When a charge is refunded, the apps it paid for end, and your plan is cancelled unless you tell us otherwise.

After 14 days

You can cancel any time from Manage billing in your account, and keep your apps until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't usually refund part of a period, but if something went wrong (you were charged twice, a renewal you forgot about, an app that didn't work for you) write to us and we'll be reasonable. If we stop offering an app you pay for, we refund the unused part of your period for it.

Plan changes and Plus

Adding or removing apps, adding Plus or switching between monthly and yearly is prorated straight away by Paddle, so you pay only for what you use. Cloud AI requests already used aren't refundable on their own, but they don't stop you getting a refund within 14 days.

No free trials

Every Meadow app is paid; there are no free trials. The 14-day refund above is how you try Meadow without risk: if an app isn't for you, ask and the charge comes back in full.

Your rights

This policy adds to your legal rights; it doesn't replace them. If you live in the EU or the UK, you also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days, as described in Paddle's buyer terms. Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank: it's quicker for you, and a chargeback can lock your account while it's resolved.
