Your account
One Meadow account for every app: signing in, your plan, refunds, and your data.

Signing in with a code
Meadow has no passwords. Enter your email and we send a 6-digit code. Type it (or paste it) and you're in. A new email makes a new account; you'll be asked for your name.
- The code is good for an hour. On the web you can also tap the link in the email instead.
- It hasn't arrived? It comes from Meadow, usually within a minute. Check spam and promotions. After 60 seconds you can Resend code; the last one still works.
- "A new code can be sent in N seconds" means you asked very recently. Use the code you have, or wait.
- "That code isn't right" or "has expired". Check you're using the newest email, or send a new code.
- "Too many tries". Wait 5 minutes, then try again.
- The link says it expired or was already used. Each link works once. Send yourself a new code.
Still nothing after a few minutes? Contact support or write to hello@usemeadow.app.
Your plan and billing
You pick the apps you want and pay one small subscription: $2 a month for one app, $4 for two, $5 for three. Yearly is two months free. Plus adds cloud AI to an app for $1 a month. Every app is paid; there are no free trials.
- Choose or change your apps in Plan & billing. Changes apply straight away and are prorated: you pay only for what you use.
- Receipts, card details and cancelling are in Manage billing. If you cancel, your apps keep working until the end of the period you paid for.
- Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, so your receipt and card statement may say Paddle.
- Paid but an app still says it's locked? Click I've paid — check again (in the Mac apps: I've Paid — Check Again). Apps also check by themselves every few minutes. Make sure you're signed in with the email you paid with.
Refunds
Ask within 14 days of any charge and you get it back in full, no questions asked. Use the link in your Paddle receipt (or find your order at paddle.net), or contact support. Refunds usually reach your card in 5 to 10 business days. The full policy is on the refunds page.
Export your data
Go to your account (or Settings → Account → Export My Data… in any Mac app) and click Export my data. You get one ZIP with everything in your account: pages, notes, transcripts and the files you've uploaded.
- Up to three exports a day, one at a time.
- Keep the page open until a large export finishes downloading.
- The download link works once, for a couple of minutes. If it expired, start a new export.
Delete your account
Go to your account (or Settings → Account → Delete Account… in any Mac app) and choose Delete account…. You type your sign-in email to confirm.
- If you own a workspace other people use, you choose: hand it to one of them, or delete it for everyone.
- Your plan is cancelled straight away (write to us within 14 days of a charge if you'd like a refund) and you're signed out everywhere.
- Notes that only live on your devices (a Barky vault, Iris recordings) stay there.
- Billing records are kept without your name, as the law requires. Backups roll off within 30 days.
Privacy
Meadow apps keep as much as they can on your device. Iris never uploads recordings, Meetings keeps call audio on your Mac, Barky syncs transcripts (and audio only if you ask), Firefly uploads a screenshot only when you copy a link, and Burrow stores your pages in your account so they sync. Your account data is stored in the United States (Oregon). The details are in the privacy policy.
Didn't find it? A real person replies, usually within a working day.
