Drag across the frozen screen here. The readout shows the size in pixels, and the magnifier shows exactly where the edge lands. Arrow keys nudge the selection by a pixel, or ten with ⇧.

Arrows, shapes, text, a highlighter, numbered counters, blur, pixelate, spotlight and a magnifier. Blur sensitive text finds emails, links carrying tokens, API keys and card numbers on your Mac and blurs them for you.

A small chooser opens at the pointer. Press a letter and go; Return repeats the last choice. Each mode also has its own shortcut.

No. Captures stay on your Mac. One reaches your account only when you share it with Copy link.

What's on the web version?

The screenshots you've shared: full size, copy, download, and their links, where you can change when a link expires or turn it off.

Which Macs does it run on?

macOS 14 or later on Apple silicon. macOS asks for Screen Recording the first time you capture.
